Celebrity Fight Night
PHOENIX, Ariz. - Celebrity Fight Night, one of the nation’s elite charity events, announced today former MVP and current NFL Arizona Cardinals Pro Bowl quarterback Kurt Warner will be honored with the Muhammad Ali Sports Leadership Award at the 15th annual gala on Saturday, March 28 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Ariz.
"We are thrilled to recognize Kurt Warner with this award given his outstanding accomplishments over the years and his veteran leadership," said Jimmy Walker, Founder and Chairman of Celebrity Fight Night. "We wish Kurt Warner and the Cardinals the best of luck in the playoffs!"
For the first time since 1947, the Cardinals won a post-season home game this past week, and fans are on the edge of their seats awaiting the upcoming playoff game against the Carolina Panthers on Saturday.
Warner will be joined by Olympian Michael Phelps, who will be presented with the Muhammad Ali Sports Achievement Award. The evening will be emceed by Reba McEntire with Jon Bon Jovi serving as the headline entertainer.
